Hassou Tobi itself makes Yoshitsune a 9/10 by default if you compare it to other Personas, but this particular Yoshitsune build is like a 4/10 or 5/10. God's Hand, Maziodyne, Heat Riser, and High Counter are all pretty useless here. You want Hassou Tobi, four Nulls, and three passives (Arms Master, Apt Pupil, etc.) ideally.

All around, Helel is really easy to make nigh-invincible with a few very simple fusions, but Yosh*tsune is very easy to build to cause chaos with Hassou Tobi.
