Currently backpacks are targeted loot for Capitol Hill. Doc Simpson or something appears very very early in the mission. Is it possible to just kill him, reset the mission, kill him again etc to farm the Memento on Challenging? Seems like I'd get a lot more bosses/per minute that way than playing the mission through normally.
Since I only know of 2 exotic backpacks, the Acosta and Memento I’m starting to wonder if Memento even drops from Countdown. Either I’m really lucky to have all these exotic backpacks dropping in the first place or I’m extremely unlucky that none of them are the one I want. Definitely remember to target backpacks! 😁.For one thing, you only need to pick up all the confirmed kills when you're first building your stacks. Once you have full stacks, you only need to refresh. For another, the best Memento builds will use the kill confirmed buff in combat, because you'll get more awesome stuff like weapon damage and bonus armor whatnot. Anderson manhunt is by far the most efficient exotic farm right now. Summit specifically has pathetic drop rates even on Legendary with 5 directives (what I play). Anderson is a guaranteed exotic every 10-15 minutes. Even better if you play with friends and you share loot. Let everyone know you are looking for the memento backpack. If the players SDH level is high they most likely already have it and might drop it. Put on a skill/DPS build and play safe and let the randoms carry you.
