I'm unable to "update" Madden 24 on my PC with the EA App. I have updated the game several times even restarting the PC, resetting the App Cache, and repairing the game through the app function. I have also uninstalled the EA app and reinstalled the app to no avail. I'm not sure why this might be happening. I also have 250 GB storage left on my PC.

When it freezes like this I cant get my computer to close the program. I tried alt tabbing out and still nothing. I have to shut off the pc and restart it for it to go away.
