This can be incredibly useful for taking out large groups of enemies quickly and efficiently, but some players feel that it makes zombies too easy to dispatch. Play how you want but personally multihit for me just makes the game way too easy. It invalidates guns as that is their purpose, taking on large groups of zombies, and isn't realistic in my opinion to be hitting multiple zombies that are stacked on each other with weapons that cant possible manage to swing through a zombie in one hit. 5.

To be fair, short 1-handed weapons aren't that easy to multi-hit, it's actually very hard.
