Rivian does not have a transmission. Top speed is limited by motor RPM, the fixed ratio reducing gear, and tire diameter.

I think the info about tire/wheels might be useful. It wouldn't surprise me if Rivian is tuning the suspension parameters based on what wheels/tires are installed. Even if they aren't, the effect of these changes might be different on different sets.
