Ram rotary shifter stuck in park.

This video at the 7:20 mark shows you what it looks like. If you can re-attach and shift it into park then it will start.Tilt the steering wheel to the full UP position. Look underneath the column, and you should see a hole underneath the shifter area. When it won’t go into park I don’t hear the solenoid engaging in the steering column.
