I got picked up for POC-ERP FY20. It’s a transition but as long as you play the game it’s fine. Remember this is AFROTC and not AD. You don’t know everything so be open to learning. You only have to play for 2 years max. It’s a great program because you’re guaranteed a spot at field training which is a requirement for commissioning.

Even POC-ERP would be better as it may not give you scholarship, but will guarantee you an EA slot for commission, no need to compete for it during your time in AFROTC (as long as you behave and not do something stupid).
