I run pretty much exactly the same inclination set up as Orianna mentioned above. Occasionally I've pushed scather a bit further down, as my pawn tends to become a scather, and I don't want her too close to the action. Currently she's accidentally a Challenger/Mitigator, but that is also working pretty well.They can also be re-enforced by your own actions. For example, heavy use of the "help" command will cause your pawn to adopt the guardian inclination. Look at the descriptions for the various inclinations and behave in a similar manner and your pawn will start to mimic it. Not only that, it will also re-enforce the inclination.
