there are 3 main range tank/zerker/med level pvp clans. they do pvm on the side but the focus is pvp. i would reccomend looking into those. the 3 are turmoil, vengeance, and avalon. the first 2 would be better options, than the last. you can find these clans on zybez, they all have offsite forums.
