The 922m is built like a tank, pure and simple. Go find a replacement buffer as they can be difficult to locate. It has a fluted chamber which must be kept very clean for reliable operation. Don't put more than 5 in the seven round mag as it may jam. Don't expect bench rest accuracy at 100 yards, but expect hunting accuracy 1-2 MOA.

The extra magazines that I got for my 922M were the 5 round ones, but they are the same physical size as the 7 round one. They put a spacer under the spring to reduce the capacity. I tried 7 or so different types of ammo and I found 2 that will average around 1 - 1.25" for 5 shots at 50 yards but I thought it should do better.sticky chamber.
