WILKES-BARRE — A city man was killed Thursday night after being shot in the head at his doorstep, according to police. The Luzerne County Coroner's Office identified the victim as Kervin Lee Garcia, 28. An autopsy determined the cause of death to be a gunshot to the head and the manner of death was homicide, Coroner Bill Lisman said.
