Hello, I just received a notice that my case has been transferred to the National Benefits Center and have a question. I filed an EB-1 Application (Employment Based Adjustment) with priority date Oct 2017 and had all other required forms (I-129, I-131, I-765, I-140) approved in 2018.
Concurrent filling (I-140 premium) on Aug 2021, transferred to NBC 19th April. Congresswomen emailed saying case is with FO now. Talked to EMMA today, my case is in transit to Long Island FO. they are putting a higher preference on employment based and National benefit center is pretty fast keep the faith.
