The device has an IP address so I know that the router sees it and I am able to SSH to the device from a laptop. The problem is that the device does not show up in the Your Devices & Groups list on the website or in the Spectrum mobile app. Spectrum's routers are absolute garbage hardware. Settings wise is more the software thats why it varys between K, S, and A models on the user interface. The hardware while easily out performed by third party routers is not actually as bad as what people make it out to be its the software that sucks (firmware).A friend of mine recently switched to spectrum and got the new Wifi 6 router.
