I'll put players in the #1 position on the Depth Chart and they won't be starting. I'll have to manually put them in in each formation using SUBS when picking the play. Every game in franchise mode, my starters at a few positions (namely RB, WR, DL, and safety) come out after a few plays and never go back in. The only way I can get them back in is by auto-simming a play, but then it happens again after a few more plays. I have progressive fatigue turned off and the fatigue slider wasn't touched.
