May 5, 2008 · the fluid that we put in the diffs and transfer cases at our dealership is 75-90 GL5. using non syn. oil is ok. toyota didnt use lsd untill 05 but had locking diffs before then that did not take any addative. the front diff is a 10mm allen, the rear has 24mm fill and drain plugs.
