Hi everyone, I wanted to get people's thoughts on the new Executor-Class capital ship that was added in the most recent patch. For those not in the know, it's a redesign/faction variant of the also-new Pegasus capital ship, replacing two of the Pegasus's large missile mounts for large energy mounts, and opting for the high-energy focus system.

So I managed to loot some domain era stations, got an aurora plan, got the cruiser ship that isnt the paragon(I may have also gotten the paragon plan but I don't remember), and I've now managed to pick up two colonies and upgraded heavy industry to the spaceship maker. How do I get it to build ships? I can't find an option for it anywhere.
