It is glitchy, runs bad, dosent look too good, has a learning curve and has a more hidden community compared to other games. Find a community server with factions, join their discord, easy way to get into a group without having to have a bunch of friends already playing the game. As a player you hardly can notice a single advantage while.everything else looks okay. Also, cheaters open and close their cheats as they wish, for example, some open them only when entering to a hot zones or hear a gun shot.
