Just picked up a STX38 black deck for $100, looks great, even has new tire and battery. Problem is it won't start. Here is what I know, previous owner parked it in garage, sometime later it wouldn't start. He didn't have time to fix it. I have thoroughly cleaned carb, replaced plug and fuel filter, confirmed air filters are clean.
