It's still like 99% correct for the good pop-up (but only like 75% for the bad pop-up). 145 certainly isn't a "GOOD" number to end on, as it means the CAT was trying to keep going as long as it could to get you to competency, but it certainly does not mean you definitely failed. I passed at 145 and thought I failed.

I took the NCLEX RN today (6/13). I got 75 questions. Lots of SATA and priority questions. Im nervous of course so I did the PVT after 4 hours. For those of you wondering about the pearsonvue trick. I got the good pop-up (i.e. I was not able to re-register for the exam about an hour after I took it. I finished my exam in approx. 120 questions and 2 hrs. The trick works. 12 of us in my cohort took the NCLEX, 12 of us got the good pop-up, 12 of us pass so far. :) Good Luck to everyone!Not sure how accurate the pop up is though. I’m gonna keep this short, but I just took the NCLEX and had all 145 questions. I was certain I failed on the 2 hour drive home, but I just did the Pearson Vue trick and got the good pop up! My studying was all Uworld and Mark Klimek. Honestly I’ll give more credit to Mark K’s lectures because I never targeted my weak points in Uworld.If it does not let you register again, it is the good pop up. Not sure if that triangle matters, I didn't have them. I got the good pop up & 2 days later I found out I passed. However, some people say the trick isn't accurate. after your exam you will receive an email that you have successfully completed the test. since the quick result will be available after 48 hours, you can check your results initially right after taking the exam. but there’s a catch. they say good pop up is accurate, it means u passed. as for the bad pop up, it’s 50/50.

First time I went through all 6 hours a total nervous wreck after studying the complete wrong way and got home to find the good pop up, it kept giving me good pop up for about a day and a half.
