Upper management is only focused on the numbers and not the quality of the houses or the quality of life they are forcing their staff and team leaders into by running lean (short staffed). In order to keep up and exceed expectations, you have to work 10-12 hour days.FirstKey is a fun, friendly place with a great culture. You work hard but you reap the rewards of your work. The company is growing at a rapid speed and the room for growth is uncapped at this stage.
