I haven't seen anyone else have this bug and I'm not sure how to go about fixing it. I have updated the game I've closed it out and reopened it.

so, tried on existing save, tried on a new game, tried total reinstall; after the newest patch, i cant equip or unequip weapons anymore, and once i draw a gun i cant put it away or swap to a new one, cant reload, etc. top left has a bar saying "action blocked".

The trigger to this can be traced back to any Quest where you have to check into a locker to remove your weapons. (for me this was a Songbird Quest; Ive also heard of this trigger being Cloud's Check in locker.)

2. Delete saved data and reserved space and try downloading your saves from cloud that also didn't work for me. 3. After doing all above the only thing that worked for me was holding my consoles power button down for a while and opening the game back up and downloading my saves from cloud.
