I had a sweep at 39 weeks, was 1cm dilated. DS was born in the early hours at 39 + 4. i personally will be getting one again if offered again for baby 2! I had a sweep with DS at 40+3. Waters broke at 40+5 and DS made an appearance at 49+6.
