same issue with Roundpoint Mortgage and filed a ticket with Mint a few weeks ago. Still doesn’t work. They told me it was in the name of security! hah, what a farce. They are just lazy. All other financial institutions and/or mortgage servicers I've used in the last 10+ years work with Mint and have had no security issues.
