The responses to this issue all say contact Xfinity. The Stream app works ok on cell phone. We have already done all the troubleshooting. Xfinity stream says not connected to business wifi, but yet, it is connected to business wifi, per the settings on the Amazon stick. Hello, We're having the same issue as of about 2 hours ago as well. Our modem was replaced recently, but it seems like the streaming app servers are having some kind of outage.Same issue for me. Just bought another Q60 the other day. I liked the cord-free Streaming capabilities. Please lmk if there’s a fix! I’d be pretty upset if they say it’s an added feature to have 2 streaming TVs (even tho the app terms say upto 45 assigned devices and simultaneously streaming of 5 devices).

Hi all, I had the same issue after replacing my gateway. I checked my account and it still showed my old gateway. Calling comcast, they didn't complete my order even though the new gateway was activated. They manually completed the order and added the xfi gateway to billing and this resolved the TVAPP-00101.1- remove the xfinity app from your devices. 2- download “xfinity account” on apple and resend a refresh signal, if you don’t want to do this, the other option is to call xfinity and ask a rep to send a refresh signal to your modem. 3- once the modem comes back on.
