The only OG boss fight that I enjoyed in Royal was Sae, simply because they changed up the roulette to include elements instead. The boss fights in Royal was made so much easier then they threw in a badly designed boss fight in Okumura where people would actually recommend setting the difficulty to Merciless for an "easier" time.

The boss fight wasn’t that bad. A time limit was unique and story wise it made sense for Okumura to hide behind his employees and use buff/debuffs. Royal adding cognitive Haru was good. Royal made it a true test of how well I can play utilizing and exploiting the many bonuses we’re given.
Every palace uses Shadows for mini-bosses, but when the boss for Futaba's was a cognition, it was really refreshing.
