I rented a car last week from them and the experience was laughably bad. The wait times at the counter are awful, and they do not hold or honor reservations. Online was $177 by the time they were done it was $467, said we had to use there sun pass in Florida at additional cost of $90. Had to buy extra insurance for loss of use even though I had car rental insurance. The car was a wrecked and poorly repaired piece of junk! Brakes sounded bad and front tires were almost bare.
