Lowest I've seen: $400,000. Highest I've seen: $650,000. However, you can't always trust physican recruitment websites. At our VHCOL hospital affiliated clinics located on the coast- the hem/onc docs make appr 900k-1mil. Our gross yearly salaries are available online to anyone due to transparency laws in our state.
