I chose a 5"XD Tacticle over a Glock for the fallowing reasons: #1-Grip safety on XD, and XD is overall a safer gun by design than a Glock in terms of preventing accidental DGs caused by clothing entering into the trigger gaurd. #2-Hands down to ME the XD felt like it "melted" into my hand compaired to the Glock.
