I think the fact that they are iconic or whatever and can be remade isn't necessarily connected to this but there is, they say, a bug relating to iconic items with this flag. I haven't tried it yet because the crafting and upgrading options were so awful. REQUIREMENTS: Not have completed the mission called Sweet Dreams. SOLUTION: Carry the bugeada weapons in the inventory (I also had them equipped) and when you collect your arsenal and equip the weapons, the exclamation will disappear. The problem is, and it's very weird - your TARGET cannot stand too close to other enemies. As long as you 1 hit kill targets that are not too close to each other you should be fine, unless they broke it in .01.
