Best long term (and perhaps short tern as well) is Explorer IMO. It has the highest starting Agility so it can get the best roll the fastest. It is the very middle of the pack for starting HP. It has 6/6 for STR/DEX and 5/5 for INT/FTH, a total of 22 points spend in damage dealing stats.
