These wheels are hub centric and rely on the hub to center the wheel. Prior to this F150s had 5 on 5.5 and these wheels are lug centric, relying on the lugs to center the wheel. Well the bolt pattern is the same, 6x135mm. The thread pitch for lugnuts may be different if I recall, I know on F150 2015 up the pitch is 14x1.5 and prior years its 14x2.
