Vortex will continue to install the revision you started downloading, however, if you click "Update" in the "Added Collections" view it will update the newest revision and download those files. Any mods from the old version that still exist in the new one will not need to be reinstalled. Nexus collections keeps being compared to Wabbajack, unfairly in my opinion, when it is more like Steam collections. As far as I can tell, and I will be honest I only tried Nexus collections twice while it was in beta, Nexus collections does literally none of the post-processing required to make an actual mod list work the way Wabbajack does.
