Mind Games = god mode with the Phoenix + Intuition build. I have that exact build you posted but with Mind Games and not useless Radiance. I actually went through the Control tree first, took dramatic entrance then respecced to inner glow when I hit Mind games. Daze is godly in this game, especially for an upclose Firefly build.

Blackout and Inner Glow are the big-ticket skills here IMO. Blackout is the key skill that lets you Phasewalk often, while Inner Glow is simply reliable healing and survivability, always a plus.
