Sep 23, 2021 · I cannot access my Xfinity Email. Every time I login and click on mail, the Xfinity Connect loading page briefly comes up and then kicks me back to the Xfinity homepage. I have tried on multiple devices, pc's, and browsers. When I login to my work's Xfinity account on the same devices xfinity connect works just fine. I am able to access my Comcast email via the Outlook. However, not all of the Comcast folders set up in Outlook do not come over into Outlook. (The previous version of Outlook on my previous laptop pulled the folders over into Outlook perfectly.)
