I followed the above instructions and was able to install osu! on my Kindle Fire, but now when I try to use the "get songs" option, it brings me to a blank screen. Weirdly enough, there are multiple pages but all of them are blank. I put the whole osu! folder from my old PC into an external hard drive and transferred it over to my new PC.
