I believe the recommended time to change is around 30k-35k miles. I did mine at around 30k even without the maintenance minder going on. I push my car hard and recommended doing it a minimum every 30k. Only do a drain and fill not a flush. I paid about $70 for five liters of oil, I only used about 3.9 liters to fill the CVT back up.

Give the community here a little time and there will be all kinds of guides on how to check and change the fluid yourself. The first fluid change is out pretty far though, something like 30k+ miles. The maintenance minder will let you know when. Fill it from the side till it drips, about 4L, close the plug and run it 5 minutes or so, fill another .5L till it drips, done.
