Place the holster on a piece and trace the guard area that pokes you, allowing for a bit extra to cover over top of the edge maybe 1/4". For the part touching your skin, it only needs to cover about 3/4" from the edge down. Remove the sticky back and apply to the holster. It should help the bite and make it more comfortable.
