Why is dupixent so expensive.

I've had eczema my whole life basically (I'm 27) and finally reached a breaking point. I want to better manage my eczema and stop relying on… Ive been on both , dupixent then went to adbry. Personally I preferred dupixent as it felt it clearws up my eczema more. Unfortunately the dr made me go off of it bc i was gettinf really bad eye issues. Adbry is just kinda alright, makes my skin cery very dry and the 2 needles vs one is certainly something unfortunate.I am so sorry about that. With my insurance coverage, the cost of dupixent is supposed to be $75, but they gave me some sort of copay card as well so the doses are only $5-10 each month. I feel terrible honestly hearing how difficult it is for some to be prescribed this. When I finally found the right dermatologist, she got me on it right away. Being a nurse for DUPIXENT MyWay is very rewarding. I really enjoy the patient interaction. I’m ready to make a difference. I’m ready to help our patients to have the confidence to proceed with their journey. Our nurses work remotely from our homes. So, we step into our offices, we’re going into a nice relaxing environment. I am so sorry about that.
