I am a few weeks in to Roamio ownership and about at the end of my rope. Roamio Plus, Cablevision, NDS cablecard. I can only go about 24 hours (sometimes 48) before I start getting V58 channel not authorized errors on different stations. I have replaced the cable card, had the cards...My newer bolt which was working previously for a fewer months started having weird issues with fios. The error is displayed when tuning to a channel, entering Live TV, selecting a program in the Guide. This message means the data is locked for that cable channel. D256/TA07 - "Channel Temporary Unavailable."

When this happens the light stays solid green. Note: Restarting with the front button is usually useless -- you have to pull the power for say 30 seconds. Then you need to cycle the USB connection to the TiVo (or restart the TiVo) until TiVo Diagnostics says "Channel List Received: Yes".

Still can’t get live tv it’s been several months and we’re still paying our monthly for cable tv, which we can’t use.

Oct 27, 2016 · Apparently a glitch in their system de-authorized only HBO on this one box. Go to TiVo help site for help on checking channel signal strength, cablecard and tuning adaptor. Splitters, coax cables, switches, etc., in the line can cause weak signals and V58 code. Then call Frontier.

A tech has just tried to change the splitter and the cables in my house but signal is strong (every channel I test for strength has 94 or 95).
