Dark nights are part of Rudy enb but can be adjusted in the enb menu by pressing shift enter and then on the set of Menus on the right open the top drop down menu and there will be a night brightness setting, I’d recommend keeping it pretty dark but get the travel lantern mod so you can actually see. true.

So I have enb and cathedral weathers installed (there are more mods, but I think it's these two causing the problem) and when I change the ingame settings (~ and then shift+enter) AmbientLightingIntensity Night, InteriorDay and InteriorNight in the weather tab it works just fine, but it keeps resetting after travelling to a different location or restarting the game.
