Revit architecture forum.
Oct 23, 2012 · Architecture, strusture, mep, and family. I might not be posting this in the right place, but I thought it would be OK. I started using Architecture REVIT 2012. I can use fine and get around it with no problem. I then downloaded the 2013 version which I found is all three combined. I have no teaching in training in Structure or MEP or Family.

May 17, 2012 · As ahmed said, use the coping tool to "cut" a beam perpendicular into another. If you want to miter 2 beams at a corner, simply select one of the beams and right click on the blue dot on the end. You'll see a command for "Edit Beam/Column Join". Select that. Now, you'll see 2 arrows, one for each beam.

I made a group of a Module that I copied several times, but then later, I modified the group using the edit group opcion, basically I moved some walls, but the changes I made, only ocured on the group ... There are tons of schedule in the model and it is hard to tell which ones are needed. I'm not seeing any easy way, since there's no prompt when you delete a schedule that is on a sheet. Jan 21, 2014 · Without going into the specifics of your particular example, or floating point rounding, Revit has a fundamental issue with units. Revit stores the basic length unit in feet, regardless of the project's specified unit of measurement. This means that almost all dimensions have significant rounding errors. Even 4 inches is 0.3333.. of a foot.
