If you haven't already, kakera tower floors 7 and 8 are very important. Other good floors early are 10, 1 and to a lesser extent, 11 and 3. Floor 2 is mostly useless imo as the spawn chance looks good due to the big number but in reality it's quite a marginal increase in the odds of spawning the first wish.
