That Vogoth will still heal, it's only the first time he will only heal Mithrala. Because she will get hit, then he gets hit and heals everyone. But she's the only one to have taken damage from that initial hit. If you're not healing to full, then Vogoth in 2 will still heal everyone.
Amius Hard kill with fairly accesible comp. I say fairly accesible because Crohnam is the only hard one to get. General strat is for poison, burns and brimstone to do the dmg.
