I agree with 2sharp2, mechanically the same. The Raptor has the Tactical night sights and the TLE has the fixed Slant night sights. The frontstrap checkering is also different and obviously the grips are different. I happen to like the cheap rubber grips on my Ultra TLE II but that doesn’t mean I don’t like the grips on my Raptor.

I have a Raptor II Ultra (3") that didn't require any break-in process. A good friends Ultra Carry did require a few hundred rounds to settle in. After about 500 rounds she hasn't had any FTF or FTE issues with multiple types of ammo from weak FMJ target to +P HP's.
