Underpredicted me by 13 points. 230 5 days out, 243 on test day. Overpredicted me by 9 points but every practice test did (UWSA2 for step 1 overpredicted me by 20...) Mine was spot on. That being said, I still think it’s more of a predictor of where you’re at +/-10 and how you’ve built up mental stamina.Just think of it as additional practice questions and leave it at that. Don't worry about the percent correct which has little value in predicting your score.
