That's for Proof Marked Glocks, there will be a three-letter code on the barrel which is different from the serial number. Only Proof Marked Glocks have that three-letter code on the barrel. I think OP is indicating by all the serial numbers matching, the slide is a G19 slide, then the receiver would have to be a different serial number if it was originally a G17 cut down to accept a G19 slide.
