I was running the Scavenger's Den lost sector on Legend difficulty for the exotic boots and I noticed that even after killing all the champions (all 5 of them), I wasn't given the platinum rewards. Exotics are rare in legend lost sectors and without platinum rewards, its nearly impossible to get the exotic. This happened to me multiple times today.
