Unless you are wearing cursed armour then your stuck with corruption until either the timer runs out or the armour is broken then you can use dancers to get rid of the corruption leftover. 1. Reply. Adjusts the attribute perks to be more competitive options. Non corrupt attributes were adjusted in consideration with eachother, and used the vanilla strength of perks like Well Trained and Fast Healer as a gauge for strength. Corrupted perks were adjusted in consideration for the massive penalty you take to get them. Resurgence is kinda meh, fast healer is much better especially in combo with Glutton. For the last perk, Glutton for Punishment is probably the best perk in the game for a defensive fighter. I haven't played around with Last Stand tbf but I doubt I'd perfer it over glutton, I rarely get below half health anyways while using Glutton.

ETA: Have a go box with okay armor. Not the legendary stuff. Epic sets. Go right back into the fight and don't cry over whatever you lose- thats easily replaceable. Always have food in your wheel and eat while you fight- this gives you the sated buff and you heal faster. You need the agility, grit, and fast healer perk to fight now.
It encourages you to save a teammate or find one to fully heal. Resurgence allows you to almost receive the effect of second wind but you only get healed 50% of the way. One of my favorite things to run is resurgence + solidarity. So if someone unhooks me and they’re injured i can heal them and heal myself at the same time.
