Comcast has an actual channel for it which in my area is 1115. That seems to suggest that its both an IPTV(app) as well as an actual traditional channel. Unless comcast is suppose to be somehow streaming an IPTV app over a normal TV channel? For example, fox news has both an IPTV app plus a normal TV channel.
