I had this as well, but had to clear the browser cache for oauth.comcast.com , in firefox you can forget (clear cache) for a site by right-clicking that site -> forget in history. Of course you could just clear all of your cache. At the same time different browser (Edge) worked same machine. Hope that helps someone.
